Húsnæðið þar sem Nytjamarkaðurinn var síðast til húsa hefur nú verið rifið niður og fjarlægt. Það hefur þjónað sína daga og víkur nú fyrir nýju skipulagi miðbæjarins. Húsnæðið hefur hýst ýmsa starfsemi í gegn um árin, nú síðast Nytjamarkaðinn.
DFS.is er rekinn samhliða Dagskránni - Fréttablaði Suðurlands sem gefin er út á Suðurlandi og dreift frítt í öll helstu þéttbýli frá Hveragerði austur í Skaftárhrepp.
